How can I place an order

Bakery Concierge Hours (minimum order 6 standard / 12 mini):

Monday-Thursday (Pacific Standard Time) 10:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / Sunday CLOSED

NOTE: Bakery Concierge Hours differ from individual store hours

NOTE: 2 tier Cake orders require 7 days notice, Custom orders and Single tier Cake Orders require 72 Hours (no exceptions)

Same Day Order - Visit the location of your choice or schedule a Doordash in-store pickup or delivery!

Next Day Order - Exclusively on our website by 3:00 p.m or Doordash. (Pacific Standard Time)

Future Order - (48 hours or more prior to pick-up/delivery) - Our website, Doordash, Order Inquiry, Text or Call Bakery Concierge.

Custom and Single Tier Cake orders - (require 72-hour notice) - Order Inquiry, Text or Call Bakery Concierge.

2 Tier Cake orders - (require 7 days notice) - Order Inquiry, Text or Call Bakery Concierge.

Order for Delivery - Doordash, Order Inquiry, Text or Call Bakery Concierge (this option requires 48-hour notice). (Please choose one and allow us up to 24 hours for response)

*Please note that we do not allow any cancellations or changes to your order less than 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery date for standard decor cupcake orders or less than 72 hours prior to pickup/delivery for custom or cake orders.

Full refund provided: More than 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery date for standard decor cupcake orders and more than 72 hours prior to pickup/delivery for custom or cake orders.

Store credit provided: 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery date for standard decor cupcake orders or 72 hours prior to pickup/delivery date for cake or custom orders.

No refund or store credit provided: Less than 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery date.

Next day orders: No changes or cancellations…no refunds or store credit.

Do you have other vegan or gluten-free flavors besides your flavor of the month?

Absolutely! We have additional flavors. Our vegan and gluten-free flavors that are not the current monthly flavor have a minimum of 12 standards/ 12 minis singular flavor requirement. We require 72 hours' notice for vegan or GF flavors not currently the listed as the flavor of the month.

Can I bring in my own cupcake liners or toppers?

We exclusively use our liners to protect the integrity of our product and to ensure the size and consistency of our cupcakes. We suggest cupcake wrappers to give an alternative look that can be purchased at bakery supply stores.

We welcome you to provide custom sprinkles for your order 24 hours prior to pick up. We do not accept cupcake toppers as they may prevent the proper packaging of your order. You can place your toppers once you accept and pick up your order.

Do you offer a gluten free/dairy free option? Keto option? Low sugar option? Dairy free and nut free option?

Not at this time, however our menu is constantly evolving and it’s something we might consider in the future.

Are you a nut free/ Celiac Bakery?

Please be advised that we are not an allergen-free bakery. Our cakes and cupcakes may have come into contact with dairy, almonds, eggs, wheat, cashews, peanuts, tree nuts and other potential allergens.

I have an egg allergy but can have dairy. What options are available?

We can offer any of our flavors with chocolate or vanilla cake in it from our regular menu by substituting vegan cake and pairing it with non-vegan frosting.” **Please note that the only frosting we wouldn’t be able to use for this is the Swiss meringue salted caramel buttercream that is used on the salted caramel cakes.**
